SSA Camps Registration 2009 |
Two ways to register:
- Mail-in Application Procedures:
- Camp fee(s) must accompany your completed application form.
- Participant slots are filled on a first come, first serve basis pending receipt of the registration form and fee.
- Please indicate grade level of participant as of the 2009-10 academic school year.
- Print the PDF flyer and use the last page to mail your registration and payment to:
