The Computer Training Workshops are sponsored by the Institute for Advanced Learning and Research (IALR). All classes will be held in the computer lab at IALR. Participants who have registered for a class and need to cancel must do so three business days prior to the start of class to receive a refund. Also, due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, IALR reserves the right to cancel a class with prior notice on the day of the class. Thank you for your understanding. 

Registration for each class is $25 individual or $15 military/senior citizen unless specified below. Payment and registration must be completed prior to the start of the class.

Do you need an easier way to collaborate over documents? With Google Docs, you can write, edit, and collaborate wherever you are for free. Get an introduction to the world of Google documents and other tools to enhance the way your team operates.

Intermediate Excel
Are you pretty comfortable using the basic tools in Excel? Let's take it to the next level with more formulas, tricks, and tips to help you get work done faster. Students will learn more advanced formulas such as Date and Time, Count, Countif, and Sumif.

The computer lab is open to the public every Friday from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm and that the first Friday of each month will be a theme instructional day.
