Theresa is the front desk specialist and the first person to greet you when you arrive at IALR. Theresa also supports IALR's Conference Services by giving assistance to the Event Planner and scheduling internal events. She received the Chamber of Commerce Customer Service Award for exceptional customer service and was also featured in an article in the Evince Magazine in 2007. She is a native New Yorker, but has lived in Danville for the past 28 years. She was employed by the Danville City School System for 12 years before coming to work at IALR.
