If your traffic practice encompasses more than DUI, this seminar is for you. And if you seek to begin a traffic practice, this seminar is a great place to start.
This seminar is the companion to Virginia CLE®’s biennial DUI Defense in Virginia program. It provides the basic theory and strategies on effective representation of clients charged with reckless driving, speeding, eluding, hit-and-run, and driving on suspended or no license, as well as representing habitual offenders and juveniles. You will learn about changes in the law of license suspensions. You will hear from a panel of judges who will share their views from the bench and how to be a more effective advocate for your client.
New this year, a local police officer will discuss accident reconstruction and how it can be used in serious traffic offense cases.
If your practice includes the defense of serious traffic cases, you can’t miss this seminar!:
