Jeremiah Williams currently serves as the CMA Technology Manager for the Institute for Advanced Learning and Research (IALR). With a career spanning over a decade, Williams has gained extensive experience and expertise in the field of advanced manufacturing. Williams works primarily in the CNC Machining Innovation Lab.
Before joining IALR, Williams spent 8 years as the Director of Integrated Machining Technology at Danville Community College. In this role, he designed and implemented the college’s CNC machining curriculum, which focused on training students in advanced machining techniques and process control. He also oversaw the college’s machining labs, which were equipped with state-of-the-art CNC machines.
Prior to his work at Danville Community College, Williams spent 3 years as the Senior Machining Specialist for Rolls Royce Crosspointe. In this role, he was responsible for programming and operating complex CNC machines to produce high-precision components for aerospace applications. He also worked closely with engineers and designers to ensure that the parts met strict quality standards.
Williams’ dedication to the field of CNC technology has earned him a reputation as a leading expert in the industry. He is also a dedicated mentor, sharing his knowledge and expertise with others in the field to help them succeed in their careers.
