Shawn Dolph

Shawn Dolph is a seasoned manufacturing expert with over 30 years of experience in biomedical manufacturing and the defense industrial base supply chain. Starting as a machinist in the early 90s, Shawn later transitioned to become a manufacturing engineer. His expertise spans CNC machining, manufacturing engineering, and project management. Dolph has shared his wealth of knowledge and skills as an instructor at the Institute for Advanced Learning and Research’s (IALR) Accelerated Training in Defense Manufacturing (ATDM) program. Currently, he serves as a training specialist at IALR, where he plays a vital role in the Haas Technical Education Community (HTEC), training the trainer programs and the development of specialized curricula. His unwavering dedication to advancing manufacturing education and training is evident in his work and commitment to excellence.
